Young Explorers Summer Nature Walks

Calling all 7-12 year olds! Come explore the great outdoors of Raleigh as we navigate the natural habitat of Shelley Lake! During this session, kids are encouraged to interact with the outdoors in an indivudal and group setting. Activities include a 5 Senses Walking Meditation, Habitat Scavenger Hunt, Nature exploration, observation and collection (with exploraton tools), Nature Art with kid-collected materials and self-connection techniques, such as partner yoga, breathwork and grounding!
