You will have the opportunity to embark on a journey of the mind, body, and spirit through the flow and utilization of a variety of different modalities. Meet like-minded individuals and share in the knowledge and wisdom of lessons learned from a multitude of perspectives as Bobby weaves a beautiful tapestry of the individual and group experiences.
Who This Retreat Is For: This retreat is for you, whether you are a stay-at-home mom, a corporate business person, or a college student. Everyone can benefit from this retreat to find relaxation and gain the knowledge and tools necessary to improve your well-being.
What Will be Provided: Yoga mat, folder with handouts and note paper, pens. Meals/Nutrition: A healthy lunch, snacks, teas, and water will be provided with options for those who have dietary restrictions (please share your preferences in our registration form). Retreat Menu will be send to you via welcome e-mail in advance. What to Bring: Open mind. Open heart. Willingness to transform. What to Wear: Retreat activities will take place both indoors and outdoors. We recommend wearing comfortable athletic-style clothing and bring some extra layers for the evening.
